As a Recovery Coach/Parent Coach/Relationship Coach, I believe in supporting my clients' relationships with themselves and all their parts, which leads to richer and more authentic relationships with others in their lives. I believe being a compassionate observer of our own emotional experiences gives us the power of pause, strengthening our ability to respond to life's inevitable ebbs and flows, rather than reacting with unhealthy subconscious survival skills learned in our family of origin. I believe in holding ourselves accountable for our choices in life with gentleness, humor, love, and respect, and using our growing awareness to embolden us to push through fear that holds us back from meaningful connections with self and others. I endorse a personalized, multi-pronged, holistic personal growth plan that leads you back to your true self via spiritual and emotional wellness.
